How do I get started with Eat | Lift | Endure?Step 1: Submit an application and schedule a consultation. This is when we’ll get to know each other a bit and both decide if we’d like to move forward. Step 2: Completing the onboarding package that provides me with all the information I need to set up your first training phase and make any testing and/or equipment recommendations. Step 3: Meeting for us to review your program and answer any questions you may have. Step 4: GO!
